Lobby's Serves Chicago style Burgers, Beefs & Dogs in Tempe

Lobby Syregelas is bringing a taste of Chicago to the Southeast Valley with his juicy burgers, beefs and hot dogs.

He opened Lobby's Beef Burgers Dogs in a shopping center a year ago at McClintock Drive and Southern Avenue and is making a name for himself among the lunch and dinner crowd with his piled- high burgers. His repeat customers are local residents, business people, college and high-school students.

He wants to offer a neighborhood dining place that will be remembered for generations.

"I want people to feel comfortable," said Syregelas, who greets regular customers by their frist names. "We give five-star customer service. I just want people to feel happy." (Read more)

Without a doubt the best cheeseburger/fries combo this Chicago bred and born carnivore has ever had at a restaurant. Fresh beef formed into a patty in front of your eyes as it is slapped on the grill. They come off wonderfully charred and juicy. It was topped with their fantastic sauce, crisp FRESH lettuce, onion, and tomatoes and...fresh sliced, thick cut, dill pickle slices. The cheese is real cheddar not processed or liquid cheese. I order mine "hot" which includes homemade giardinara.

The fries are crinkle cut, golden on the outside, hot and steamy inside. I always get an extra cup of the sauce they put on their burgers to dip the fries in. Oh My is it good. Trust me on this...the sauce is the bomb!

Are all burgers created equal? NO! Lobbys does it simple, and right. There isn't anything fancy about this burger and dog joint, it's in a old strip mall in tempe where they don't get too much foot traffic, but don't let that fool you.

Greatest, Tasting Chicago Style Food. Super Friendly. This one beats out the other "so called" Chicago Style Hot Dogs and Beef, and you also will receive a smile on the way in and out. Food is so Fresh.

The best chicago style food in Tempe. You can't go wrong no matter what you order. The burgers are juicy and perfectly seasoned. The dogs are great, real Chicago style. Even the chicken breast sandwich is delicious. Yummy fries, and be sure to ask for Lobby's sauce not on the menu but ask when you order, its awesome.

Lobby's is the BEST!!! I drive my family 30 miles for the Italian Beef combo and the Chicago dogs... My wife loves the Burgers and my daughter loves the cheese fries. It's Addicting.

When I was growing up in Mesa, there used to be a Chicago dog joint on University & Country Club called Dad's Dog House. They had the best Combo and Italian Beef sandwich I ever had. It reminded me of the ones I've had on the South Side of Chicago. Good times. Since Paul passed on and Dad's went out of business, I never thought I would EVER find a combo sandwich in the Phoenix metro area that stands up to the quality and excellent taste of the one at Dad's Dog house, and I haven't. . . . until now !!!! Lobby's, you now have my loyality and my future business whenever I need an Italian beef, Italian sausage, or Combo sandwich. I might even come in and participate in your 3 lb / 10 minute burger challenge. I also appreciate that you don't do the "stereotypical Chicago Dog joint in Phoenix" decor by having Chicago crap all over the walls. I would lose respect for your organization if you hung up 1 iota of Chicago crap (especially if it was Cubs stuff) on your walls. You are doing a great job. Please keep up the good work.
